An On-Going Special:
To all computer users:
Maybe you are a home/personal computer user who has purchased a new machine and found that "Windows 8, 7, or Vista" do not work properly or you are not comfortable with the new "interface" or screens. Maybe you got the 64-bit version and found that you can't attach some devices (like printers) because you can't get 64-bit drivers for them.
Maybe you are a business computer user who has an older server or domain (2000/2003) and has found that Windows 8, 7, or Vista do not attach to the domain properly or will not be "managed" by the domain properly. Maybe you have found that 8, 7, or Vista do not share files so easily and you have had problems networking them.
Maybe after upgrading to or installing Windows 8, 7, or Vista you found that your favorite (older) programs would not run on them, especially, again, on 64-bit versions.
We at Little Pines have been suggesting to our customers (especially business customers) that they stay away from the newer versions and stay with Windows XP Pro until Windows 7 (or 8) has all of its problems worked out before they upgrade or buy new. However, if you call Dell or HP, they won't sell you a new machine with Windows XP on it.
Little Pines works with large, national distributors which work with large corporations and still offer new machines with Windows XP on them - and also a free upgrade to Windows 7 whenever you want. We offer a 3-year warranty on all new machines and we can get refurbished machines, with a 6-month warranty, as extra office machines or for children to play games on for the home.
